1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.

2. Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@vr2clothing.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) and issue a return authorization if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records.

4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

5. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
