Cancellation
Our website is for use of consumers only. As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order at any point before dispatch or during a 30-day return period as long as the product is in resalable condition with all tags & packaging. The return policy does not apply in the case of certain products (e.g. underwear), which will be indicated in the relevant products description (Unless the items have a manufacturer error or have been dispatched incorrectly - in which case you’ll need to contact us.
Please read the items description carefully before placing an order. If you do decide to cancel, please notify us by using one of the methods on the contact us page of the website. We will email you to confirm we have received your cancellation request. If you would like to exchange the item, please include the reason for exchange and details of the item you would like to change it with.
Post-cancellation
Unless the Product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the product to us. Once we receive the return, we will refund the price of the order with the same payment method that was used to purchase the item. The products must not be damaged, or the refund amount will reflect any loss in value of the item.
